2009

In 2009 we redistributed £16.1m in value of goods to charities. The equivalent of 6,451 pallets of goods were donated for distribution – growth of 58% on 2008.There were 4,044 charities in the network – an increase of 35% on 2008

In 2008 we distributed over £11.2m worth of goods – the equivalent of 3,428 pallets of products – and had 2,993 UK charities in our network.

In 2007 we distributed 2,498 pallets of goods to over 1,300 UK voluntary organisations covering every type and size of organisation and cause.

To celebrate In Kind Direct’s tenth anniversary, a brochure charting the life of the organisation was produced to mark an entire decade of matching surplus to need.

Annual Impact Review 2004

2004

New products worth £9 million were diverted from landfill in 2004 and distributed instead to hundreds of UK charities working at home and abroad, a 50% increase in in-kind giving over the previous year. In Kind Direct also extended its reach by bringing 460 additional voluntary groups into its network.
