Project Burnley
In Kind Direct is proud to be one of seven of The Prince’s Charities working in partnership in Burnley to support the social, economic and environmental regeneration of the borough.
In Kind Direct, The Prince’s Trust, Business In The Community, The Prince’s Foundation for the Built Environment, The Prince’s Regeneration Trust, The Prince’s School for Traditional Arts, and The Prince’s Foundation for Children and the Arts are developing a series of projects as part of a long-term commitment to the town’s development programme. The charities are working in partnership with the local authority and other organisations in the areas of education, employment and entrepreneurship and community cohesion.
As part of our contribution to the project, In Kind Direct is increasing the number of charities we serve in the area and working with local umbrella groups to promote our service to their members. Other activities are being planned.
