Stephen HowardStephen Howard joined Business in the Community in 2005, becoming Chief Executive in 2008. Stephen began his career as a practising lawyer and partner with Alder, Pollock & Sheehan Inc (Providence, USA), and was appointed General Counsel at Cookson America Inc in 1985. He was Group Chief Executive at Cookson America Inc from 1997 until 2004. Between 2004 and 2005, Stephen was appointed Group Chief Executive of Novar PLC, the global manufacturing company. He holds non-executive directorships for Habitat for Humanity Great Britain, Segro PLC and Balfour Beatty plc. |

Allison Kirkby - Chair of the Finance and Audit CommitteeAllison Kirkby joined Procter and Gamble in 1990 and worked in various parts of the business, including a spell setting up P&G’s operations across the Balkans region. She was Finance Director, UK and Ireland until 2004 when she became Director EMEA Investor Relations and Commercial Development. Allison is now Managing Director for Wella Professionals UK and Ireland, P&G’s business in the professional hairdressing industry. |

Prior to CEVA, he was Chief Operating Officer, Europe, Middle East& Africa for DHL Exel Supply Chain, the logistics arm of Deutsche Post. He joined Exel/DHL in March 2005 from Procter and Gamble (P&G) where he was a Supply Chain Vice President. His various roles during 30 years in P&G included leading all supply chain activities in Asia and supply chain leadership for their global Beauty Care business. |

Prior to joining Lloyds TSB, Truett worked at Citigroup for 27 years, where he held a number of senior and general management appointments and a number of entrepreneurial and board positions in Brazil, Hong Kong, Germany and the USA. He is active in several charities, including both the NSPCC Corporate Development Board and Opportunity International. Teresa TidemanTeresa Tideman is Senior Vice President and Joint Managing Director, Disney Stores Europe. In this role, she oversees the merchandising, sales and marketing of the Disney Store retail chain in Europe. Teresa was previously vice president and managing director, Softlines for Disney Consumer Products (DCP). Prior to joining Disney, Teresa was a product director for women’s wear and cosmetics at David Jones, the second largest department store in Australia. Before that, she spent 13 years with the Burton Retail Group in variety of buying and merchandising roles. Teresa is actively involved in a number of charities in the UK, including the Retail Trust - for whom she currently serves as the chairperson for the London Ball 2010 committee - and the George Yeoman Charity (part of Sparks). |
