To join the In Kind Direct network and begin receiving goods you must be registered as an In Kind Direct Charity Partner. Registration is free.

If you are registered with the Charity Commission:

If your organisation is registered with the Charity Commission and all your documents are up to date you can simply complete our online registration form.

If you are not registered with the Charity Commission:

If you are not registered with the Charity Commission you can also register online but note you will also need to send us the following supporting documents:

- your most recent annual report
- your governing document
- a copy of your most recent accounts (or all of your bank statements if your organisation has existed for less than one year)
- a list of your trustees and their contact details

You can send these electronically using our online registration facility; or by email to charities@inkinddirect.org; or by post.

Please Note: If you are a charity or non profit organisation based in Northern Ireland, you must send in all of the above documents when you register as we are unable to access them.
