Tracking your order

To track your order after it has been despatched, you will need your In Kind Direct order number. For web orders this starts with the letter W and is followed by seven digits (e.g. W1234567). For non web orders this starts with the letters SO and is followed by six digits (e.g. SO001234).

You will also need the delivery postcode.

This will display your tracking information on the DPD web site, showing the collection date, transit path and delivery signature if the parcel has been delivered.
