Currently he is the Chairman of Debt Free Direct Group PLC and the senior non-executive director of Freeport PLC. Mike is a trustee of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, a governor of the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain, a member of the court of the University of Leeds and a school governor. |

Allison Kirkby - Chair of the Finance and Audit CommitteeChair of the Finance and Audit Committee. Joined Procter and Gamble in 1990 and worked in various parts of the business, including a spell setting up P&G’s operations across the Balkans region. She was Finance Director, UK and Ireland until 2004 when she became Director EMEA Investor Relations and Commercial Development. Allison is now Managing Director for Wella Professionals UK and Ireland, P&G’s business in the professional hairdressing industry. |

Nigel PalmerChief Executive of Ricoh and NRG Group UK. Prior to the two companies merging, Nigel has been the Managing Director of NRG since 1994. NRG Group is better known for its Nashuatec, Gestetner and Rex-Rotary brands. He is also one of the founders of the Landirani Trust, a charity set up in 2005 to support children in Malawi who have been orphaned through AIDS and malnutrition. |

John PatulloRecently appointed CEO of CEVA Logistics, a global logistics service provider headquartered in Amsterdam. This appointment becomes effective in August 2007. Prior to CEVA, he was Chief Operating Officer, Europe, Middle East& Africa for the DHL Exel Supply Chain business, the logistics arm of Deutsche Post. He joined Exel/DHL in March 2005 from Procter and Gamble (P&G) where he was a Supply Chain Vice President. His various roles during 30 years in P&G included leading all supply chain activities in Asia and supply chain leadership for their global Beauty Care business. |
