Tracking your order

To track your order after it has been despatched, you will need your order number. For postal order forms this starts with the letters SO and is followed by six digits (e.g. SO001234). For web orders this starts with the letter W and is followed by seven digits (e.g. W1234567).

To track your order go to the online tracking page on the website of DHL Express:
http://track.dhl.co.uk/tracking/ (this link will open a new window)

CARTONS

  1. From the Nextday list select "By Consignment".

  2. Fill in the Consignment Number/Reference box with your order number and enter the Contract Number which will always be 9430210. Click on the Submit button.

  3. You will now see the Consignment Information screen showing the consignment, the date of despatchand the number of parcels/cartons. (An error can occur if the order has not yet been despatched or if the order number was entered incorrectly on the despatch system by our logistics partners. You may have to remove the letter(s) to leave only the digits from the order number and try it again).

  4. Click on the Consignment No./Ref. (e.g. your order number) to bring up a carton-by-carton breakdown of the delivery. Current Status will tell you whether a carton has Arrived at Depot, is In Transit, is Out for Delivery or has been Delivered with dates and times. Note: a carton will only move from Out for Delivery to Delivered the morning after the van has returned to the depot.

  5. If you need more detail click on the Ident Code to bring up even more precise details of the consignment’s movements.

  6. Large numbers of cartons (over 18) will be moved on pallets so you may have to try tracking pallets, too.

PALLETS

  1. From the Freight list select By Customer Reference

  2. Fill in the Account Number box with the In Kind Direct reference which will always be 508183-0 and type your order number in the Customer Reference field. Click on the Submit button.

  3. If successful you should now see the details of the pallet movements in the same way as you would when tracing cartons (described above). As before, if you receive an error message either the pallet hasn’t yet been despatched or you could try again after removing the order number letter(s) to leave only the digits.
