New trustee for In Kind Direct

Truett Tate
In Kind Direct, one of The Prince’s Charities, is pleased to announce the appointment of Truett Tate, Group Executive Director, Wholesale and International Banking, Lloyds TSB, as a trustee. Tate replaces Mike Fairey, former Deputy Group Chief Executive, Lloyds TSB, who has retired from the In Kind Direct board after four years.

Chris Hyman, Chief Executive, Serco, and Chairman of In Kind Direct said: "Having trustees who have a range of experience is crucial to the development of In Kind Direct. Truett's background and board-level knowledge will help In Kind Direct to achieve the planned significant growth in the number of charities and the people in need it serves.

"I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mike Fairey for his contribution to In Kind Direct over the years. He has helped shape the course for In Kind Direct, and we all wish him the best for the future."

Truett Tate commented: "I am delighted to have been asked to be a trustee of this innovative charity and am looking forward to working with everyone at In Kind Direct."
