Save money on the goods you need

What we do

We distribute new, usable consumer goods, donated by some of the UK’s best known manufacturers and retailers, to charities, not-for-profit organisations and social enterprises working in the UK and abroad.

We are a lifeline to thousands of charities helping vulnerable people across the UK, allowing them to spend more of their money on support, not supplies.

How it works

1. Join

Register for free. Join our network to access goods.

2. Order

Place your order. Browse a huge range of high quality donated goods.

3. Use and share

Use the goods to run your services or give to the people you support and share their reaction with us!

Which products do we offer?

Companies have a lot of products they no longer need, from over-stocked toiletries to last season's fashions to branded cleaning products from an expired campaign to unbranded toys. We distribute these high quality items to charities, social enterprises and not-for-profit organisations. They’re the things you need to run an organisation and items you can give to the communities you support.

This centre is run almost entirely on In Kind Direct products. Without the savings we make from In Kind Direct, we would not be able to offer some of the services we do.

More questions?

Not a registered charity? That’s okay – all we ask is that you’re a not-for-profit organisation, constituted community group or social enterprise who will only use goods received to run your services or give out for free to those you serve. If you’re in any doubt, check our registration page for the documentation we require
Do you work overseas? Your organisation needs to be registered in the UK. At registration we’ll ask to see recent evidence of your projects overseas. We can’t deliver goods to international addresses but we’re happy for you to use goods overseas. Finally, we’ll ask to see quarterly documentation for goods sent overseas.
Are you a public sector organisation or school? We are now taking registrations from non-fee-paying schools. Certain public sector organisations may also be eligible to join. Please contact us for more details.
