Our Strategic Partners

We work closely with a range of partners to achieve our mission, ensuring everyone has access to life’s essentials and that no usable product goes to waste. In Kind Direct works alongside hundreds of companies, to support thousands of charitable organisations and together provide vital supplies to millions of people each year. We collaborate with those that share our goals and values – to making product giving easy, to unlock vital funds back into the voluntary sector and to maximise our impact.

Product Giving Alliance
We’ve teamed up with Charity Digital, FareShare and International Health Partners to make it even simpler for companies to donate products and services, and to signpost charities to access what they need. In the last year (April 2019-2020), together we provided goods and services worth more than £59m to charities supporting vulnerable people.

Business in the Community
We are proud to be a Network Partner with Business in the Community and their National Business Response Network. The NBRN identifies national and local community needs from community groups, schools, local authorities, local resilience bodies, charities and alliances such as the British Red Cross Voluntary and Community Sector Emergencies Partnership and small businesses. They then connect business resources to meet local needs for food, technology, community support and small businesses. This includes professional support, lending or donating resources and logistics support including transportation.

One World Together at Home
Global Citizen is a movement of engaged citizens seeking to end extreme poverty by 2030. During the coronavirus pandemic, as well as working closely with the World Health Organization, they are working with regional and local response efforts around the world which directly support those dealing with the effects of COVID-19. In Kind Direct are proud to be a Regional Response Partner. Find out more here.

AmazonSmile
AmazonSmile is a website with the same products, prices and customer journey as Amazon.co.uk. The difference is that when you shop on AmazonSmile, Amazon donates 0.5% of the net purchase price (excluding VAT, returns and shipping fees) from your eligible AmazonSmile purchases. The donation will be made at no extra cost to you.

Community Wealth Fund
We are proud to be a member of the Community Wealth Fund Alliance, a group of civil society, public and private sector organisations calling for the creation of a Community Wealth Fund. The campaign is calling for long-term, neighbourhood-level investment to communities that need it most. The Community Wealth Fund would give residents decision-making power over resources and enable them to develop services and facilities that best respond to their particular needs and aspirations. We work alongside Alliance members to advocate for the Fund and build public support for the proposal. If your organisation supports the idea of a Community Wealth Fund and would like to join the Alliance of organisations endorsing it, visit their website.
