Customer Support Coordinator
Contract: Six month contract from 1st June, full time
Contract Type: Maternity cover, possibility of extension
Salary: £27,000 pa equivalent

We provide a single contact for over 4,000 charitable organisations to access new consumer goods such as toiletries, cleaning products, clothes, toys and office supplies to deliver their work and support their communities. The majority of our network are small charities working with either a handful of staff or run by volunteers. Together, we reach around 7.7 million people each year.
Responding to the current crisis
During the coronavirus pandemic, we have seen a sustained increase in need including 400% increase in new charities seeking our services, 120% increase in orders being placed for essential supplies and 40% increase in customer support enquiries. As our initial response evolves to meet a sustained period of change, we are seeking an experienced customer support professional to help embed more agile and innovative ways of working as demand for our support grows.
More about this role
As a first point of contact, you will advise on all elements of our service including product availability, order enquiries, delivery lead times and supporting new customers. This role will also be crucial in our customer service system upgrade this summer. With experience working within a monitored system, your commercial approach and ability to problem solve with confidence will be a real advantage. You will champion the needs of our charity partners and be able to integrate into an established team whilst maintaining a real appetite for change.
