In Kind Direct has been a pioneer of product giving for social good since 1996. We are the leading authority in the UK consumer product giving sector. Our model, based on the visionary idea of our Founder, HRH The Prince of Wales, involves manufacturers and retailers donating their new, surplus consumer products to us. Using an integrated e-commerce platform, In Kind Direct distributes these products to charitable organisations; supporting almost 10,000 organisations with over £200 million worth of goods so far. From essential toiletries and cleaning supplies to office and sports equipment, catering supplies and toys – they are desperately needed to run services and to give to beneficiaries.

We are experiencing a continuing rise in demand for our service and seeing the emerging generation’s passion for social justice and commitment to sustainability and environmental issues. Our ability to engage with more manufacturers and retailers to meet the ever-growing demands of our recipient network has therefore never been more critical, or of more interest to the public.

We are seeking an E-commerce and Digital Marketing Executive to join our small team in Central London. Our ideal candidate will be a talented and energetic marketing professional, both flexible in their approach and a multi-tasker. They will have demonstrable experience of e-commerce platforms, website management and analytics, as well as email marketing software and knowledge of SEO and PPC techniques. This is a versatile role with crossover into campaigns, social media and content creation. They will report to the Head of Charity Partnerships and work closely with the Graphic Design, Social Media and Marketing Executive. Experience gained in the third sector would be very welcome but is not essential.

This role would ideally suit someone looking for the next step in their career. They will work across a range of projects and help ensure both that no useable product goes to waste and that everyone can access life’s essentials.

We are an equal opportunities employer and are firmly committed to recruiting, retaining and developing the best available talent.
