Once signed up to the scheme, charities can browse and order from Paragon Business Essentials’ extensive online catalogue directly and take advantage of very competitive prices across a wide range of items.

1.Register with In Kind Direct to access Paragon Business Essentials’ exclusive online catalogue.
2.Once registered with In Kind Direct, simply download and complete this application form. Please include your In Kind Direct CH number in the ‘Address’ section on the form along with your registered address. This will ensure your organisation is given access to the In Kind Direct special pricing.
Please also ensure that the credit forms are signed either electronically or with a handwritten (wet) signature.

3.You will receive a confirmation email from Paragon Business Essentials with details of how to log into the Paragon Business Essentials online catalogue, where to find your contract list (which features products with the special IKD network discounts) and order your stationery, consumables and much, much, more. How do I find the products with special pricing for IKD network members?
This can be found under Account Settings – Lists – Contract List – Shop List. Anything not on the list will have a standard price, so simply let your Account Manager at Paragon Business Essentials know your requirements and they will send over a quote. Email: Damian.Bozek@paragon-be.co.uk

The account set-up process usually takes 2 working days. Please contact your Account Manager at Paragon Business Essentials if this timescale has passed.

- Payments should be made by debit or credit card preferably (Paragon Business Essentials also offer credit facilities, 30 days , if this isn’t possible)
- This is an affiliate scheme, and these goods are not donated to In Kind Direct.
- There are no restrictions on the use of goods purchased from Paragon Business Essentials.
- Paragon Business Essentials reserves the right to alter the terms at its discretion.
- Paragon Business Essentials offer free delivery on all orders over £50, (excluding VAT) anything under this value will have delivery charge of £5.
- Charities already registered with Paragon Business Essentials are not eligible for this service.
- Any orders over £50k will be invoiced as an exception.
