Our Impact
We believe everyone deserves access to life’s essentials. In 2023, due to the continuing cost of living crisis people were still being forced to make the decision between heating, eating and keeping clean.
Throughout 2023, In Kind Direct stepped up to deliver even more support to our charitable network and their local communities. We also commissioned new research to deepen our understanding of hygiene poverty, informing brand new initiatives that increased awareness of hygiene poverty, reduced stigma and secured more product to those who need it.

We power local charitable organisations. We amplify their insight, deliver new research, to secure the most needed products. The savings we generate enable them to do more for less, when resources are stretched to the limit. Scroll below for how we helped in 2023:

“Many of the families we support are struggling to pay gas and electric costs and finding ways to keep warm during the winter months is difficult, so the support of In Kind Direct with the products has helped people through these challenges.”
Fillies Girls Football Club
“Providing items that others see as basic, or a child having their own item, is not only about the item but about self worth and feeling like they fit in.”
Middle Park Community Centre
“[With the savings we make] on hygiene products, we are able to reduce the overall costs to the Guides and increase the activities we offer.“
