Turning 21

And looking forward to the year ahead


2017 was a hugely exciting year for In Kind Direct. With so many highlights and people to thank, we've pulled together this celebratory video to share our highlights of a hugely successful year.

To mark our 20th anniversary, we set out ambitious plans: to be more visible, more connected and more engaged with our stakeholders than ever before. We spent time meeting and listening to the charities in our network, told our story to over 30 million readers and listeners through our first consumer PR campaign and we took a look into the future through a year-long research project with PwC.

Looking forward to 2018, we have set ourselves very ambitious goals to reach even more charities and engage even more companies in our product giving revolution.

As an established UK player we believe we have a responsibility to be the voice of product giving. We have proven there is so much social value in product giving, and it's time more companies knew about it. To make it easier for companies to embrace product philanthropy, we co-produced our first ever Strategic and Operational Guide to Product Giving in December 2017 and we will be rolling that out in workshops and conferences with manufacturers and retailers throughout the year. We will also be doing a road show to raise awareness of our work and engage further with charities and companies across the UK.

Propelled by the success and progress made last year, this year promises to be even bigger with even more charities receiving goods and even more companies donating product! Here's to all that 2018 brings.
