Our commitment at In Kind Direct is to make product giving easy by providing:

Why it matters: The corporate social impact of product donation
More people than ever are having to make choices between eating, heating, and keeping clean.
Through product donation, companies can help charitable organisations support these people within their community. Essentials products make an enormous emotional difference, improving confidence, self-esteem, and mental wellbeing.
“We are located in an area of high deprivation and the cost of living has hit people hard, […] To be able to support them in small ways – for example, by offering free hygiene and period products in our bathrooms and to take away, we are alleviating a little pressure from them as the winter and associated energy costs take hold.” S.H.E UK
By accessing products through our catalogue, charitable organisations unlock savings. Once registered with us, they can access the products they need, in the quantities they need, at the time they need, to where they need them delivered.
As a registered charity, In Kind Direct makes a small charge to this service to cover a proportion of our operating costs.
One of our network partners Trinity House Resource Centre, commented that in 2025, the centre has saved £14,000 by accessing products through In Kind Direct.
“This is the equivalent of the staffing and sessional cost for our entire junior and senior youth provision, 4 hours a week, for the whole year. Without our partnership, we just wouldn’t be able to offer the same level of services”. Jane, CEO Trinity House Resource Centre
